PRIVACYPOLICY

OUTMAXX keeps your training records on your device and uses online services to verify trial and purchased access.
This policy explains how OUTMAXX 1.0.14 for Android handles local workout information, Google Play purchases, server verification records, and your privacy choices.

01 // YOUR TRAINING INFORMATION

Information saved by OUTMAXX

OUTMAXX is a strength-training and workout-tracking app published by Alpha Command. This policy describes the current Android release, OUTMAXX 1.0.14. The app keeps the following training information in its private storage on your device:

  • Profile: your name or display name, selected sex, height, weight, preferred units, and profile or onboarding progress.
  • Programs: training programs, custom exercises, schedules, goals, target increments, active or paused programs, program-builder drafts, and completed or repeated training cycles.
  • Training records: workout entries, weights, repetitions or times, skipped entries, notes, measurements, lifting records, workout dates, training history, and progress.
  • Progress and preferences: achievements, XP, levels, weekly wins, challenge activity, calculated statistics, timer settings and saved timer state, sound and vibration settings, reduced motion, adaptive difficulty, exercise favorites, and other app preferences.

Your profile and training records may reveal information about your body and fitness. Notes and custom names contain whatever you choose to enter. Trial and purchase verification information is handled separately, as explained below.

02 // WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED

Local training data and online access

Profile, program, workout, and progress records are saved in the app's private WebView storage. Program generation, training calculations, and progress analysis run locally. These records are not automatically uploaded to Alpha Command, and there is no OUTMAXX account-based workout backup or cloud synchronization.

The interface, artwork, fonts, and sounds are bundled for offline use. Offline workout logging is supported while valid trial or purchased access is available. The app also keeps native access information on the device, including its installation key, trial timing, verified access grants, and any purchase token awaiting verification.

OUTMAXX uses Internet access to communicate with Google Play and Alpha Command's verification service about trial and purchase access. That service stores verification records rather than a copy of your workout history. Information can also leave your device when you choose to export or share files, open an external link, or email us.

03 // 14-DAY TRIAL / ONE-TIME PURCHASE

Trial, purchases, and access verification

OUTMAXX does not require an OUTMAXX account or sign-in. You explicitly activate a 14-day trial. The trial does not automatically charge you or become a subscription. Full access is a one-time purchase through Google Play.

After the trial expires, continued workout logging requires full access. Your existing records remain available for review and export; trial expiration does not delete your workout history.

Google Play handles checkout and payment details. Alpha Command does not receive your payment-card numbers. Purchasing and restoring access require communication with Google Play and the verification service. The app also connects to verify or refresh access and synchronize trial timing, including time already used after an offline activation.

The verification service processes:

  • Installation identity: an installation-specific identifier derived from a cryptographic public key, together with the public key and signatures used to authenticate requests. The private device key is not transmitted. This identifier can distinguish an installation and connect it with trial or purchase records; it is not completely anonymous.
  • Trial information: activation, elapsed time, expiration, and access status.
  • Purchase information: purchase tokens, product identifiers, purchase verification and acknowledgment status, and refund or revocation status.
  • Verification and security information: verification timestamps, associations between installations and purchases, and temporary request-security records used to prevent replay and limit misuse.

These records support app functionality, trial enforcement, purchase verification, restoration, and fraud and security protections. This is not a general behavioral analytics system. The payment implementation described here applies to the Android release; it does not describe iOS billing.

04 // COPIES YOU CONTROL

Backups, exports, and sharing

Android backup: automatic Android app backup is disabled in this build, with rules excluding app data from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Android and manufacturer behavior can vary. Do not rely on changing phones, reinstalling the app, or an automatic device backup to restore your workout history.

Backup Data creates a JSON file containing saved training and profile information, programs, notes, preferences, progress, and program-builder drafts. Export CSV exports the active program's structure and logged values; a CSV is not a complete backup. Restore Data reads the backup you select and replaces the current saved training state. A workout backup does not reset the native trial or replace Google Play purchase restoration.

Imports and exports use Android's system file picker. You select the file or destination and can cancel. The app does not request general access to all your files. If you choose a cloud document provider, such as Google Drive, that provider receives the exported file or supplies the selected import under its own privacy and retention rules. Another app may also synchronize a folder you choose.

Maxx Reports can be saved as PNG images or shared through Android's native share sheet. You choose the destination. The receiving app, service, or person receives the report you share, and external services apply their own privacy policies.

JSON backups, CSV exports, and report images do not have an additional OUTMAXX encryption layer. Anyone with access to a saved or shared copy may be able to read it. Copies must be managed and deleted separately wherever you saved or shared them. For Google services you select, see the Google Privacy Policy.

05 // ANDROID DEVICE ACCESS

Permissions and device features

The current Android build requests these permissions:

  • Internet: allows trial and purchase access verification and communication with Google Play and the verification service.
  • Google Play Billing: enables the one-time in-app purchase and queries or restoration of Google Play purchase access.
  • Vibration: provides tactile feedback during app interactions and timer cues. Haptics can be turned off or adjusted in OUTMAXX Settings; device vibration controls may also apply.

The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or notification permission. It has no voice-command or audio-recording feature. Timer sounds play within the app, and it can keep the screen awake during an active foreground timer. File imports, exports, and report sharing use the Android controls described above.

You can review available permissions in Android Settings → Apps → OUTMAXX → Permissions. Names and available switches vary by device; normal permissions such as Internet and vibration may not appear as revocable switches. AndroidX also adds an internal, signature-protected permission for app broadcast receivers; it does not grant access to personal information.

06 // GOOGLE PLAY / GOOGLE CLOUD

Services and providers

Alpha Command operates the access-verification backend using Google Cloud Run and Cloud Firestore. It stores the trial, purchase, and security records described above and checks purchases with Google Play. Google provides the cloud infrastructure and processes the information needed to host, store, and verify these records.

Cloud infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, response status, and similar operational metadata. The application code avoids intentionally logging raw purchase tokens, complete request bodies, or workout records. Infrastructure logging and retention depend on service configuration and applicable provider practices; this policy does not promise that server logs are disabled or that they are deleted after a particular period.

The Android app uses Google Play Billing and Google's AndroidX libraries, including Activity, Core, and WebKit, with supporting AndroidX and Kotlin components. Android System WebView is supplied and updated separately by the device's provider, commonly Google. The current app has no advertising SDK, analytics-reporting SDK, or third-party crash-reporting SDK. In-app training statistics are calculated locally. Training records are not sold or used for targeted advertising.

Google Play, Android, WebView, and device manufacturers may independently process store activity, updates, and platform diagnostics under their own settings and policies. These platform practices are separate from Alpha Command's handling of your training and verification records. See the Google Privacy Policy.

If you email Alpha Command, we receive your email address, message, and attachments through the email services involved. If you deliberately open an external link, the destination receives ordinary web-request information through your browser. Website hosting and performance services are described separately below.

07 // LOCAL RESET / SERVER REQUESTS

Manage and delete your data

  • Review and edit: use the app's profile, program, workout, notes, and Settings controls to manage the information available there. Use backups or exports if you want separate copies.
  • Reset App: choosing Reset App and confirming Reset Everything resets local training and profile information, progress, preferences, builder drafts, and timer state. It does not reset the native trial or erase a verified purchase. Older local storage retained for migration may remain until Android app storage is cleared.
  • Android Clear storage or uninstall: Android Settings → Apps → OUTMAXX → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage / Clear data removes local app records and settings. Uninstalling also removes the app's private local storage. These actions do not delete backend verification records, cancel a Google Play purchase, or guarantee another trial. Clearing cache alone is not a complete data reset.
  • Exported and shared copies: delete JSON backups, CSV files, and PNG reports separately from the folders, cloud services, messages, or other destinations where you saved or shared them. Resetting or uninstalling OUTMAXX does not remove these copies.

For privacy questions or requests concerning information held by Alpha Command, including server verification records and support correspondence, email seth@alphacmd.io. This is an email request process, not an automatic deletion feature.

We review requests and may ask for limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant record. Do not send payment-card details or your entire workout backup. Limited records may need to be retained for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

Alpha Command cannot remotely erase local workout records or copies held independently by destinations you selected. Use the device or destination's own controls for those copies.

08 // HOW RECORDS ARE KEPT

Data retention and security

Local training information remains until you edit, reset, or delete it. Trial expiration does not delete workout history. Exported files and shared reports remain at their destinations until removed; those destinations may retain trash, versions, or backups under their own policies.

Core server trial and purchase records are not automatically deleted when a trial ends or the app is uninstalled. The current backend does not implement a fixed automatic deletion schedule for those core records. You may request deletion by email; requests are reviewed with the retention needs described above.

Temporary security records have expiration markers. Actual deletion depends on server configuration, so an expiration marker is not a guarantee that a record has already been removed. Operational logs follow the relevant infrastructure settings and practices; no fixed log-deletion period is promised here.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle a request and follow-up, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Requests concerning that information can also be made by email.

Verification communications use HTTPS to protect data in transit. The private installation key stays on the device and is used to sign verification requests. Local training information relies on Android's app-storage and operating-system protections; OUTMAXX does not add its own password lock or separate encryption layer to training records or exported files. Protect your device with a screen lock, keep Android and WebView updated, and choose export destinations carefully. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

09 // CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Children's privacy

OUTMAXX does not ask for a date of birth, verify age, or create children's accounts. If a child uses the app, the local training storage, trial and purchase verification, and optional exports and sharing described in this policy still apply. A parent or guardian can help manage information entered, purchase controls, local app storage, and exported copies.

Alpha Command does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through privacy or support correspondence. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact seth@alphacmd.io so we can review the information and any appropriate deletion request. For information held independently by Google or a destination you selected, use that provider's controls or contact it directly.

10 // THIS PUBLIC PAGE

Visiting this website

This privacy page is publicly available without an account or login. The Alpha Command website is hosted by Netlify, loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and uses Netlify's page-performance monitoring. Visiting the page sends ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the relevant providers. Performance monitoring also reports page-loading measurements.

These website services are separate from the Android app's handling of local workout records and access-verification information. Reading this page does not give the website access to your locally saved profile or workout history. See Netlify's Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

11 // POLICY UPDATES

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective October 17, 2026 and describes OUTMAXX 1.0.14 for Android. The Google Play purchase and verification details apply to that Android release and should not be read as a description of an iOS payment implementation.

We will post revisions at this address and update the effective date when information practices change. Before introducing materially different data handling, we will update the relevant sections and applicable app-store disclosures and provide additional notice or request permission where required.
